The question at subject:
What Sound card built 95-96 and has bug free daughter board connector, and has good audio quality?
AWE32 -Not good, because all has midi bug

Does it have to be 1995/1996 specifically?

For something readily available, I would recommend a basic Yamaha Audician 32 card. There are a handful of different models that are typically readily available for different manufacturers. Most common seem to be the Labway A151-A00 cards.

There are other cards from mid-90s like the Guillemot Home Studio Pro, Media Vision Pro Audio Studio 16XL, and the Media Vision AudioTriX Pro. These cards are much more rare and command a significant dollar value when they pop up for sale.

Another option would be a modern card like the Orpheus II / Orpheus II LT.

While Yamaha YMF 71x cards do have a bugfree MPU-401 interface, the wavetable header on some models has the stereo pins reversed. This can be fixed by a hardware mod as shown here by James-F.

I think some ESS AudioDrive cards may have the same issue. Not sure if this problem is present on OPTi and Crystal based cards.

I search between awe32/awe64 time period.
Or maybe litlle older, from time soundblaster 16.
Strange, there is a midi daughterboard header on many sound card, but almost all has problem with midi.

Is there any reason you're confining yourself to that time period though? Unless you're specifically trying to do a period correct build, I wouldn't worry about when the card was manufactured.

Have a look at Terratec cards

I had one, a maestro 16/95, but don't find a correct init software and windows driver:

Not sure if you're any good with electronics, the hanging note bug can be fixed by replacing the DSP chip with modified firmware. Check this thread, it's long, but well worth it.

There's also a software solution available for fixing the hanging note bug:
