I have an Asus Radeon 9600XT. It has Hynix 2.2ns memory on it but not overclocks well. (hynix HY5DV283222A)
2.2ns memory is 900mhz effetice clock speed (600mhz on default). But the card is only sable at 700mhz. So it is possible the timings are tight. I tried atitool and played a little with the ram timings but it only works until 800mhz, it is still not the rated 900mhz.
Whats next? vmod? Are there any fully modded bios for this 2.2ns card ?
