I remember going to various computer shows/swapmeets/fairs, etc. Vendors used to demo advanced 320x200x256 color graphics with these rotating VGA slideshows. These were usually supplied by manufacturers like Trident and Everex... lots of landscape photos, colorful parrots, etc.

I know its a long shot, but does anyone have a copy of any of these?

I know what you're talking about. Back in the day one of my buddies bought an early S3 Virge card and it came with that kind of demo on disk in the box with it. Can't remember who the OEM was for that. Think it was a "thing" with some retail boxed cards, not a large proportion of them. Maybe if we trolled a few archives of VGA distribution disk from retail boxed cards we might find something.

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.
