I just picked up this video card. It has some visual artifacts and I am getting it repaired. My questions are how rare is the card and is it 3.3v or 1.5v for the AGP slot. Attached are a few pictures. Any input would be appreciated.

I have one of those. I believe it is a powercolor brand and does not support 1.5volt (might be possible to mod). Just the offical 3dfx ones work at 1.5volt out of the box.

Yes, PowerColor. It is one of the least common Voodoo4, so definitely worth fixing. And as mwdmeyer said, without mods it is 3.3V AGP only.

Thanks for the feedback and info. Being 3.3v only is not an issue as that is what the computer I will be using has anyway. I have reached out to Oscar Barea in Spain and just shipped him the card. He is going to do the repair, so it is in very good hands!

Oscar Barea has fixed the video card and sent me a couple of pictures before he ships it back from Spain. I think it turned out very well and as a bonus the card now supports AGP 4x!
