One idea might be to look for "not working" or "for parts" cards that look like they have that cooler installed.

Otherwise, at the very least, you might find a broken card whose stock cooler might be a fit.

Have a look around for the Akasa Vortexx Neo - AK-VC03-BLUV instead. They're very similar and still available as new old stock here and there.

The fans wear out on the Arctic silencers quite badly - I've got a Galaxy Glacier 6800GT which has a blue / Galaxy branded version of the NV4 silencer, the fan on it has become very noisy from old age 🙁

edit: Looking here it seems that the NV4 is quite different from the Akasa Vortexx (which has the large square bolt pattern that you'd see on a 6800 series etc) but is actually specific to the FX 5950, that's gonna be very tough to find: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/arctic-coo … lencer-preview/
Wah the NV4 is rather specific - only 3 mounting screws spaced 48.5mm apart:

Those bolt holes are 53.4mm apart so no chance of fitting an FX 5950 🙁

edit 2: I change my answer now 😁 Look for the Zalman VF900 or VF1000 if you can't find an NV4 Silencer, those have multiple square screw mounting locations and one of the positions specifically mentions the FX 5950:

If so, you can probably just buy one of those generic aluminium coolers on ebay that cost around £12 and use the farthest apart diagonal holes:

There's another one that would work but is no longer available at all and that's the "Akasa AK-VC01-CC", which can slide the screw-mount posts in and out. The Zalman VF-700 should fit too since that's got a similar sliding screw-hole mounting bar.
