See attached. I was tinkering around with different drivers for my setup and was seeing this issue, but presumed it was a problem I'd caused by chopping and changing between 3Dfx drivers and FastVoodoo. So I rebuilt the system and have only used the latest official 3Dfx drivers this time around. Initially the problem was not there, but it's come back. The only other things that I've installed - I think - are DirectX 7.0a and some updates from windowsupdaterestored.com including IE 6.

Before I wipe it and start over to pay more attention to what happens, does anyone happen to know what causes this issue?

I know I know, doesn't really affect anything. Just curious to see if I can fix it 😀

Well on a fresh install it's not DirectX 7.0a that breaks it, so I'm guessing it's one of the Windows updates/patches that I installed. Since I don't really need any of them I'll leave it alone for now.

I believe that glitches when upgrading the riched20.dll, but that's normal.
