I am also using the same driver. So it clear that my card is bad. Thanks for everyone's help.

Yes I know - I mentioned that I didn't think there was an equivalent 'cludge' for a single card unfortunately. But maybe you could try one of the different drivers, like FastVoodoo, in hopes that the change in UI may 'jog it's memory'. A long shot but you never know.

Yea the drivers are the FastVoodoo2 4.0 Gold. I really thought I used the latest ones but they are 4.6. Oh well to late to change them I'm already deep into benchmarking with these, so they have to stay 😀

OP, did 800 x 600 end up working?

So what driver adds up the memory when you have SLI?
