Thanks!
I have checked this.
VGA88 bios not working with my card.
With EDGE-16 Bios , VGA output of my Wonder-16 seems to be OK (tested only DOS mode with 256Kbyte onboard RAM)
The differences of Edge-16 and my Wonder-16 V5 cards are max size of onboard RAM (EDGE-16 only 256Kbyte, Wonder-16 - 256 or 512 Kbyte) and Wonder-16 onboard EGA output.
It will take me some time to test my Wonder-16 V5 card EGA output and 512Kbyte onboard RAM with EDGE-16 Bios, because I need EGA monitor and additional chips to add 256Kbyte RAM .
I am still looking for original Wonder-16 V5 Bios.

How hard would it be for you to make a picture and add it to the thread?

The main difference Wonder-16 V5 card from earlier Wonder-16 cards is another clock former - chip ATI18810 1. To my mind, this is the main reason , why bios from earlier Wonder-16 cards not working.

You could split the edge bios found in the bios download on vgamuseum in an EVEN & ODD part.

program you can use for that is romwak https://github.com/freem/romwak/releases

for example :
romwak_x32 /b vgaedge16.vbi odd.bin even.bin
or
romwak_x64 /b vgaedge16.vbi odd.bin even.bin

depending on if your windows is 32bit or 64bit.

Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.

It's not a problem for me to split bios dump to EVEN and ODD parts. It's problem for me to find original bios dump for Wonder-16 V5 revision.
