Btw I don't know anything about your board so I can't help you there 😊

No problem! The qustion was actually for Lazibayer as he helped me a lot with another 486 board. But fortunately Feipoa jumped in and i know what part to use now, hopefully tomorrow i get parts AND another working 486 pci board after the fix 😎

Why it has no RAM on board is a bigger mystery than what it is, IMO..

It's on the other side. The picture about the back side was clear, but had nothing that could help me identify the card.
Probably an 8MB variant instead of a 16MB one.

Ah, likely a Savage4LT then. Common for those to have 8MB. Pretty decent cards, but 8MB is pretty restrictive wrt resolution/color depth.

Yeah, I already have a Savage3D and a Savage4 Pro and not looking for something in between. I'd like a Savage 4 Xtreme, a Savage 2000 or possibly a DeltaChrome S8 though.

Yes, but it's a rare piece of broken silicon and S3's last attempt to meaningfully compete in the enthusiast segment, trying to match Nvidia's Geforce.
