the funny situation are that, i used the markings to find the card on our dear google engine, but noting came up, thanks thou!
Depending on the core clock of it's RV635, it can be one of the following Radeon (3000series):
Radeon HD 3650
Radeon HD 3730
Radeon HD 3750
#1 K6-2/500, #2 Athlon1200, #3 Celeron1000A, #4 A64-3700, #5 P4HT-3200, #6 P4-2800, #7 Am486DX2-66
Your card is Radeon HD 3650 512MB AGP from PowerColor/VisionTech :

^It's a bad card for games, but better than average for movies.
Did I win something ?

wait, so its not good for playing computer games with on 98SE?
Well, it was amongst a bunch of cards i got.
It should be quick, but you won't be able to use an DX10+ features (except perhaps via the OpenGL driver).

i would need a custom driver for it, right?
Bah, stupid me. I believe your card doesn't have support in 98 SE (last card was x850, I believe). However, the same issue holds true with XP, as the OS only has DX90c available.

By the way, i got this simalare looking card, im pretty sure it is the same series. but a diffrent model.

Yeah... : LINK
Those cards you picked up have 0 things in common (aside from AGP port/molex power plug and 512MB memory capacity/type).
They are different enough so that the second one (MSI 7600 GS), MAY* work with Windows 98 SE tho - so that's good news !
*with moded drivers
Well, thats some postive news to hear atleast! it does sem possibel onto use it with windows 98se, has anyone treid it?

I bought this exact same card back when it was new. The heatsinks of those passive AGP 7600GSs were imo inadequate for any extended gaming and the cards would overheat and give me a black screen.
I decided to add a 8cm case fan to both of my 7600GSs and this fixed the overheating.
From hindsight I'm glad I added active cooling to them, judging from the stories that afterwards started to surface about the leadless solder and the fad of baking starting to really take of because of this.
Very comparable to GF6800 when it comes to their performance. Once inside an XP rig, I couldn't tell the difference between a 6800 and a 7600GS.
Ill use the fan version of it then if im ever gonna build a windows XP rig.
the 3650 was a very bad card for gaming, it was comparable preformance wise to a 7300GT problem is it came out in 2008, and 7300GT/6600GT level preformance wasn't really that useful past 2006 🤣
