Thanks to the advice of kixs I was able to buy a very nice P82C435 / P82A436 CHIPS EGA card (PA-WTEGA) at Ebay for an acceptable price. I seems to be very similar to the one (IT-EGA) I owned in the end of the 80s and I uploaded the driver disk for before.

BIOS seems to be more up to date than the one posted by Keropi, so I add it for refernce.

Well, hello there, retro community! I've made a SuperEGA 640x480 driver (hardcoded to mode 0x12h) for Windows 3.1x 16-bit. But I want fundraising/donations before I upload it. 😀 Thinking about how to do it... And how many it will cost...

Sorry for my previous post. Here is source code of it and compiled driver. I place no copyright here since it was made as a mix of code existed in DDK. It does not work as it should. The rest of asm code is from Windows 3.1 DDK. To compile it - put files in DDK\286\DISPLAY\4PLANE\SUPEREGA
