Hello everyone here, it's my first post and I come with a problem. Today I've finally built a system on ATrend ATC-6220 & board running on Windows98SE in addition with PII400, 64MB SDRAM PC133 and Riva TNT/Ati Rage Fury Maxx and the problem is that the video card is detected as PCI. I can't install any driver from Ati and Detonators for TNT install but don't change anything. It just runs on standard pci driver with 640x480x16 colors. I've installed drivers from http://www.philscomputerlab.com/intel.html but it didn't help. Anyone here had the same problem? Is the AGP port broken?

Do you have two video cards installed or are you trying with two different video cards?

What is the model number/brand of the video card(s) ?

Sure no, I just own two cards and I test them both and with both cards there is the same problem. Ati Rage Fury Maxx and Diamond Viper V550

If you are getting video out of them when plugged into the AGP port, then it should be ok.

What does the device manager say? Anything that has exclamation points or red Xs?

Do you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard?

Have you tried resetting the BIOS settings/clearing CMOS?

These cards run just detected as standard pci vga. Mobo bios 1.1.07WB, I just saw there is newer BIOS but im always afraid of updating it. The BIOS was cleared as I changed the CMOS battery before I started building the system.

Finally got this shit working. I had to fill all 3 memory banks...
