Try a different monitor. Back then, one ID pin was used for mono, but that one is used for DDC these days. You could also modify the VGA cable.

How do you think I can get older crt-vga monitor ))) it all on junkyard now.

I read a lot about this pin problem - do you have any ideas which pin is needed.
(As i know there is 3 - like 4, 11 and 12)

Pin 12. If connected to GND, the graphics card will display color; if not connected (open), the graphics card will display mono.

It's probably easiest to solder a GND connection to pin 12 directly on the VGA card. Since the pins are exposed on the back side of the card, this takes maybe one minute. 😉

🤣

If this was about a more recent computer, I would maybe have recommended installing a V2*.

(*3dfX Voodoo 2, of course.)

Edit: Did you try MODE COLOR or MODE MONO in DOS ?
Edit: I meant MODE CO40 / MODE CO80 and MODE MONO (MODE BW40 / MODE BW80) , of course.
The commands are described here: http://www.easydos.com/mode.html

This has been discussed before (exactly the same discussion), just do a search.
Use the smonitor utility in tvgautil.zip ('smonitor c').
