I mainly want to play terminal velocity with s3d. I've never tried to source ram chips for a card before. I was hoping some of the experienced folks on here could double check the ones I found are correct. This card has existing chips marked with "VG264265BJ" and "751SA" and "-35". I believe this is Soj-40 EDO 35ns memory.

It is more expensive to find chips that meet or exceed the 35ns at about $28 vs $8 for some 50ns. I wonder if I could maybe use 50ns stuff in the sockets as I read people saying the chips can usually work with something about 10ns faster. If 50ns is too slow for the current default clock speed, could I tweak the clocks after boot or flash the bios to permanently down clock the memory? The bios chip has "Stealth 3D 2000 Pro v3.04" written on it. I did find some FPM chips with good latency cheap too but I've read these wouldn't be compatible if it currently has EDO. Maybe I passed over something better and someone could link another option for me? Thanks.
