I used my PC with a built in SIS 630 graphics chip. The "chipset" drivers include integrated graphics which apparently use AGP. I want to use my PCI voodoo. Do I need to remove the SIS630 chipset / graphics drivers or would that remove all chipset drivers not just the graphics?

Since you are not physically removing the hardware - just not using it - leave the drivers installed. It should not causing any conflicts.
