Out of the GeForce 2 lineup (MX200/MX/MX400/GTS/Pro/Ti/Ultra) which cards if any at all are considered to be rare?

Ultras are the most rare in any Geforce series.

Not always, I can think of a few rarer than the ultra of their given series.
Geforce 6200 PCIe NV43 verson
Geforce 8800GS 768
those both are more rare than the ultra of their series
Rare:
All GeForce 2 Ultra, some high-end GeForce 2 Ti cards (Gainward Golden Sample for example)
Uncommon:
GeForce 2 GTS (not Pro) 64mb, GeForce 2 MX with dual monitor output
Common:
Everything else
I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.
I have a Winfast GTS and a Prolink Ti with 250/440 speeds (so almost an Ultra), so I guess the Prolink Ti is the one to keep? I want to trade one away for some 486 CPUs..

Nice to know. But are these also more sought after then Ultras?

No, just a limited supply was made, the 6200 NV43 core was sought after in 2004, as it could unlock into a non GT 6600, while the 8800GS in general was only on shelves for a short time, and the 768mb version of it was only done by evga and one other i belive, they came out a month before the 9600GT then got rebranded as 9600GSO, so it makes them rare for the same reason the 5800 is rare, small run before replacement
