I need to replace "CR14" element, it's absent. It is necessary to know specifications of this diode.

On my v5 pci it says '' 5H'' nothing else on there... good luck.

Guessing the only real way to figure out exactly what you need is to test a good one from a card.

What about testing CR12 or CR13. My guess is that they are the same.

Here's a book with SMD part codes, this lists 5H as a SOT23 component, which looks correct, and it appears to be a Schottky Diode 😀
For anyone that doesn't want to open the PDF, here are the specs:
