I have a similar laptop, and from what I have read around it seems to be a rather good Rage 128 chip. Comparable to but worse than a TNT1 or Voodoo 1 I think?

It the Rage LT Pro has 100 MHz memory like Rage Pro then it is identical to Rage Pro.

No, it's a Rage Pro, not a 128, and where the 128 was inferior to the TNT, this one loses to a Riva 128, both in performance and compatibility. See it as a decent 2D card - or be disappointed.

Ah sorry I got confused by the wiki where it said the LT Pro added a bunch of stuff that the desktop Rage Pro lacked. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATI_Rage my bad. Still compared to the Trident and other crappy graphics chips commonly available on laptops at the time, it Is a rather good 3D chip for a laptop.

So far for Doom 95, Unreal, and Quake 1 my P2 Dell laptop with the Rage LT Pro has been great. Gotta take it apart and replace the exhaust fan before I do anything else with it, Seized up and dead as can be.
