X1050 does exist, but is somewhat mysterious... Wikipedia says it's based on the RV370 chip (Radeon X550) but with DDR2 memory and half the bus width, while VGA Legacy MKIII says it's based on RV410 (Radeon X700 series). Not sure if either version is really worth keeping.
From what I know, the X1050 is some kind of rebranded, higher clocked 9550 SE on a newer node (it shows up in the driver as "ATI Radeon 9550 / X1050 Series").
The pathetic 64-bit memory bus means it's a piece of crap.
If I were OP, I would keep pretty much everything except Radeon 7000, 9200/9200 SE/9250, FX5200 (possibly keep a 128-bit one if you have it), GeForce 2 MX, GeForce 4 MX (once again, perhaps keep 128-bit ones), Vanta, TNT2 M64 and the Rage 128s (maybe keep one of each).
I definitely would NOT sell the 3850s, X800XT/X850XT (these are very nice cards in my opinion) or Voodoos, but I think you weren't planning on doing so anyway.
I sacrificed an S3 Trio3D ... I wanted the backplate for a serial port.
I don't think it is much loss there 😀

I have an X1050, I can comfirm it being an RV410 and it's a 128bit version, though these low-end rebrand cards are sometimes built with different kinds of GPUs under the same name. Especially OEM versions.
I kept it so I can test less reliable parts without risking more valueable cards.
