Just repaired this video card ti4200 by replacing missing SMD ceramic capacitors and retouched solder on few other SMD components. lubed the fan to test but I'm not satisfied with cooling performance of this OEM blue orb heatsink glued to the GPU chip.

What is the safest way to get this off? I did few searches all point to either heat with a heat gun or freeze the card and carefully pry this heatsink off.
