It probably is pretty decent as long as it hasn't seen tremendous amount of use as most monitors have. Can you see it in person ? If yes, start it and look at a greyscale gradient. If the darker end is very dark but improves in 10 or so mintues the tube has een plenty of use but will serve well for a while longer but if it is getting tinting then stay away, that tube is worn out and reached end of life.
