I recovered this VGA/CGA with Phillips and MCT chips

The Philips SAA 9051 is a single-frame digitizer, the MCT chip is a video encoder. This is a video capture card, not a VGA card. To use it, you'd need the breakout cable.

It's an AverMedia video capture card. As to which: no idea. You might have to dig a bit more...

Thanks. I suspected this being a video card because the 2 NEC memory chips.
