i`run a Weitek Power 9000 VLB,
are there any Stable Windows 9x Drivers ? i have problems running winquake for example 😀
if i change resolution it will lookup.
DESK.CPL keeps crashing when changing settings and other Issues..

No, you are just horribly lazy and (seemingly) unable to read. Otherwise you would've found the working download links on that site.
Only for drivers i already have.

v2.23 is not stable at all.

Are you running Windows 95 only? In case you'd have Win98 too, I'd very interested in a HWiNFO report from such a system (a P9000 VLB is tricky to detect) as per this thread: HWiNFO support of vintage hardware
