What is needed to covert the VBIOS firmware to PC? I do not have Mac computer to do this.

Another option having someone to flash a PC x1900 XT firmware onto VBIOS chip, I'd love to pay for your service and shipping. I know how to solder.

Weren't they programmable by ATIflash? I did that with Radeon 8500 MAC.
I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.
If you can put it on a system with integrated graphics set as primary, I think you can force flashing a VBios.
I have. Made the HP z230 go nuts instant I plugged in (OEM PC initializes bioses on plug in prior to turning it on via button (same with Dell FYI from experience). I'll have to fix the bios on a clone motherboard like Asus etc.
