Hello, I just received this somewhat rare card but as soon I opened the package I noticed this thing:

On the back of the card there are 2 resistors clearly soldered out from factory.
I tested the card on msdos and it seems it works fine, it also detects 2 mb of memory as it should, the card is overall in very good conditions, just those 2 resistors make me think it may be somewhat faulty, they are connected from one pin of the quartz to the first pin of the bios chip.

Any advice?

Thank you in advance.

This is yellow capacitors for fixes to make video card working properly that was left out during production.

I see, thank you for the clarification, I found the very same model card on ebay and the picture of the back shows no capacitors on the back:

These two capacitors were missing from the early board revision for the quartz crystal. Later revision board has this added solder pads and two capacitors installed for the crystal.

Do nothing and use it like this.
