Hello,

I have a Matrox G2 card and seems like it has a RAM slot on it (I might be wrong, it could be something totally irrelevant). Please see images:

I have counted the pins, total 72 pins. 25 on the short and 47 on the long side. Can you please advice what is it for and how can I populate it? I did some research, 72 pin sodimm's exist however I couldn't find any with 25/47 split.

Thank you!
Rooti

It is for RAM expansion indeed .

Apparently it came in SDRAM and SGRAM variants (depending on what the card already had).
