It'll probably be a 27MHz one and any you can find will most probably work just fine. There's no polarity on them. Ideally you also transplant the two little ceramics capacitors connecting to the two ends of the crystal since they are specfic to a particular crystal. Test can be done just with crystal, if things work the caps can be transplanted too.

for now I desoldered the crystal, what can happen if I use the card with the older ceramics capacitors what can go wrong?

The capacitors are on the back, C211 and C212 on the card that misses a crystal. On the donor they seem to be the small ones between crystal and e-caps.
The frequency will be very minutely wrong (probably unlikely to affect operation) with the wrong caps.

I soldered the Crystal oscillator, it seems higher in one side but it came back to life, tested with 3dmark99, 3dmark2k and 3dmark2k1 without issues.
