I have downloaded and tried to install this driver:

It is supposed to be the Windows 3.1 driver for a number of S3 Virge variations, but it doesn't come with instructions. It has no installer, and when I try to add Not listed device in Windows 3.1 and browse to that folder, nothing comes up. It cant find any compatible drivers in there. Is it broken or am I missing something?
