windows 2000 and wieving 1024p desktop on 1080p screen without stretching

Currently i`m using ti4200 via d-sub. 1280x1024 resolution stretches on 1080p screen (black borders on both left and right side but no black borders on up and bottom). It is possible to view desktop in 1:1 pixel mode? I attached image which shows what i want to hit 😀

Two Solutions,

First, Monitor Settings.
Second, control centre of your gpu.
I think you need to change the Settings there.
Nv control panel-> Video and TV->activate dont change Desktop size At Size HDTV or similar.
