Would anyone be able to identify the model of this Nvidia AGP card? I cannot find any obvious signs on the card itself. It came out of a Dell P3 600 MHz machine.

Any incidentally, what would the connector on the top be used for?

It's one of Dell's NVIDIA TNT2 M64 32MB graphics cards. DP/N always stands for 'Dell Part Number'.
