Would anyone be able to identify the model of this Nvidia AGP card? I cannot find any obvious signs on the card itself. It came out of a Dell P3 600 MHz machine.

Any incidentally, what would the connector on the top be used for?

It's one of Dell's NVIDIA TNT2 M64 32MB graphics cards. DP/N always stands for 'Dell Part Number'.

BE6-II 1.0 | PIII-500 | 320MB | GeForce 2 MX400
P5A-B | K6-2 300 (100x3) | 256MB | GeForce 2 MX
ECS UM4980 | 5x86-P75 | 32MB | 90C33-ZZ (In progress..)
Toshiba Satellite Pro T2155CDS | Compaq Contura 400C
Macintosh Plus
