The ThinkPad T23 has the S3 variety in the subject line: SuperSavage/IXC SDR 1014. I'm trying to run Windows 3.11 at 1024x768 on this machine, but can't find drivers that work. The easy-to-find S3 drivers that work with DOSBox don't work with this hardware. Is there anything out there that will give anything better than VGA graphics with Win311 on this machine?

Thanks for any help with this...

Well, one answer to this question is here:

Patched SVGA driver for ANY new graphics card for use in Win3.1x.

The patched driver gives 1024x768 in 256-color mode Of course it would be good to get higher color, but this is progress. It messes up the screen when you open a DOS window, but otherwise it seems to work.

Anything better would of course be very good to have...

DosBox is not real hardware for a start. How much vram does the video card have?

Of course, as always, I'm open to correction...😉
