I have a Quadro2 Pro that is showing corruption in both bios and windows and when I inquire in widows it says the card only has 32 MB of ram.

Inspecting the card it seems that on the back side C305 smd is missing, I'm assuming its the same as C301 except the pads it mounts on does not have a + symbol like C301

I dont know if this is the cause of my issues but it a start.

That capacitor is going to be identical to C301 just like you assume. If you look closely you can even see the + being there in parts but blocked by the via next to the pads. With those ceramic caps polarity isn't a concern so it doesn't matter anyway. The cap is used to reduce ripple on one of the RAM chips as far as I can tell so losing it can be the cause of the issues you describe.
You can simply unsolder C301, measure it and order another ceramic of the same capacitance (6.3V should be fine, with 16V you can be absolutely sure) to replace the missing one with.

Good luck! 😃👍
