I was going though my box of stuff and found a Diamond Viper V550FP. Previously I haven't really paid much attention to it as I don't have any AGP 2x systems, but I was curious about one of the video out ports, which appears to be named FP. I have attached some images of the card to this post to see if anyone recognizes the port and if more information could be found out about the card.

Edit: Using DDG, I was able to find this, however as far as I can tell, all it contains are better quality images of the card.

Flat Panel connector, methinks.

Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.

Digital Flat Panel port (DFP). Precursor to DVI. Can be used with adapter.

I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.

Huh, I thought it might have been some sort of early digital format from the way it looked, more pins than VGA.

I'm wondering how rare this could be, I didn't know what DFP was until now.

Congrats, this is very rare card. I have never seen Riva TNT with DFP before.
I have DFP -> DVI cable, so I can confirm it works (at least it did on Rage Pro). Just don't expect resolution larger than 1024x768.... maybe 1280x1024.
