Well based on the information given it could be anything causing it, literally a D100 dice roll of possibilities.
Perhaps you could provide more details.

More details: I replaced P233MMX to mentioned AMD what killed Win95, windows protection error, I installed a fix called FIX95CPU_V3_FINAL which fixed this particular issue but now I have this one and I found info it's related to processor's speed and Voodoo drivers.

A 366 isn’t fast enough to cause issues related to CPU speed my guess is the change of CpU from Intel to AMD is the problem.
Did you reinstall windows after switching the CPU?

No, I didn't but I fixed it already. I reinstalled drivers but before I did I replaced one file FXMEMMAP.VXD from Diamond Monster 3D V4.10.01.1600 to the latest reference drivers V3.01.00, weird, right? I found old topic here and I tested that and fortunately it worked! 😁
