Does better drivers than forceware exist? Or should I install win98 as 95 spits weird errors about user32.dll and other files?

IMO your best option would be to manually install the 45.23 driver - choose the FX 5200 from the list when installing. I have done this many times with Windows 98, it should also work with Windows 95.

I cannot do this, choosing FX5200 spits error about missing file in 45.23 driver folder.
