If a DX card runs at a DX-worthy clock (i.e. around 70MHz), it is fast enough for all DOS stuff, so no overclocking required. If you get a card wit a BIOS that initializes the clock at 45MHz, run a MCLK change tool from autoexec.bat to improve the clock. Going to 80 or 90 is irrelevant unless you need 3D performance.
