Hi everyone.
Found another one (maybe).
The Televideo PM/286 has an "HIGH RES COLOR GRAPH" card.
It can do high-res CGA in 640x200 and 640x400.
As well as 4 color CGA in 320x200 and 320x400.
Not sure if it isn't simple scan-doubling, though.
Judging by the pictures/videos, it might be real 400 line support.
