Keep in mind raytracing feature of the GPU is heavy on data bandwidth and CPU and 3060 is a low end GPU in the tiered models. Plus couple this with a 2018 era Ryzen 7 2700X is now 5 years old and had now fallen behind what AMD had progressed with next gen ryzen 3000 series which is way better. The expectation will be overblown.

Please don't if you take after me on my advice. I tried to cheap out at first then upgrade later from my experience in past before few times. Costly in long run, way below my expectations and missed the goals.
Just wait and save up.
