So I'm running windows ME because I couldn't get my gpu installed on 98. It successfully installed the driver for it so when i changed my resolution and restarted my screen showed this (picture below). BTW im using the moded drivers as well as the patches. The monitor is a Samsung hdtv/monitor t24c550.
