Help needed for GPU identification

Hi

I'm generally not bad at identifying cards but I find no results about this one.

The back points me to a Leadtek Winfast card. I thought about a GeForce4 ti4800/4600/4400 but the VGA out connector placement seems not correct (DVI on the top, then TV out, then VGA) while the GF4 ti generally have VGA on the top.
It does not looks like a GF4 MX either.

The VGA out placement is correct for some GeForce FX range, but i cant find any card with that back.

I only have this blurry picture.

What do you think ?
