Greetings,

Does anyone have recommendations regarding running Whiplash (aka Fatal Racing) 3Dfx version in Windows98? It runs fine in DOS, although my controllers are not visible to DOS at all. In Windows98, I can get it to run sometimes, and even played through a race, but it is often missing textures and/or crashes pretty hard.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

Woohoo! I think I figured it out. After fighting with every possible adjustment of the included or newly created pif files, I just deleted them all. Now it works! Solution? Delete the pif file that the installer creates.
