Whenever I play Tomb Raider with the Voodoo Rush patch, which makes the 3D accelerated version playable with 3dfx hardware other than Voodoo 1 hardware, I almost always see a white wireframe outline of the discharge of Lara's guns and her left hand. I am currently using a Voodoo 3, but I remember its presence when I had a Voodoo 5. I cannot remember if it appears using a Voodoo 1 or with the Voodoo 1 patch. The problem should exhibit itself both in the main Voodoo Rush 3dfx Tomb Raider executable and the Unfinished Business executable. Has anyone discovered a method to get rid of it?

GH do you mind attaching all the patches you tried? I can give it a go on my V3 setup.

Attached is the Voodoo Rush patch. I don't have any Voodoo variables in my autoexec.bat.

TR1 VRush patch uses glide2x.ovl and not needs tweaking with variables. Same for TRUB.
Again, "white wireframe" is too vague. Please make a screenshot with this effect.

Press F3. It looks like it turns off some kind of anti-aliasing.

I think it look sharper and it solves the problem on my setup. I also have to switch the detail level from Mip Mapping to Normal to get rid of black lines beetween the floor tiles.

Well, F3 fixes BLACK borders. But the question was about white ones.

Well, it fixes it on my system. I also got white flickering on the left hand and wireframes around the gunfire. Switching AA off with F3 fixes it.

Maybe you mean F4? That toggles mip mapping off/on.

Pressing F3 seems to fix it for me at the cost of some anti-aliasing. Thanks Spaz!

Here is part of the issue (look at the outline around Lara's left handgun) :

I am now of the opinion that it will occur regardless of Voodoo card or patch used.
