i try the standart dosbox config and this one!
Try to change cycles, frameskip dont help me with lag

You should definitely give dynamic core a try.

ok with dynamic core and 25000 cycles the game works n1 but the soundquality is lower then with vdm!

But my mainproblem was ntvdm error. Have u solution ged rid of the problem?

I'm afraid not, but now that you managed to get it running reasonably well, you could keep reading information about how tweaking up DOSBox. You can also wait a little until next version is released (0.64). It will sure have a lot of bug fixes.
