I'm trying to build a working/playable MS-DOS version CD-ROM from the Platinum Edition's Win95/98 version CD-ROM of HOMM1.
The audio tracks (the game music) are clear but information about the data track (especially the animations) is needed. A simple "DIR /S" listing from the root should be sufficent.

Almost but not quite. This is exactly the same dir-listing of the Windows/PlatinumEdition version that I currently have and am trying to make the DOS version from...
I need this same kind of listing but from the Heroes of Might and Magic I DOS version, since the DOS version program (installed on HDD) doesn't work with the Windows/PlatinumEdition version CD (cannot find file, presumably the animations).
