I wonder if anyone know how to run Fade To Black? I can't seem to get it running in a playable way. Any help appriciated.

just mount your gamedirectory as C:\.
then mount your cdrom drive as D:\
after doing so, you just do the ordinariy intallation and go to c:\f2b and type f2b. and go for it.
(Note: if that works out, please let me know if the cutscenes show up *thats a bug i haven´t figured out jet.)

Oh, that? Cutscenes get disabled if the game thinks your CD-ROM is too slow. A workaround is described in the game's readme.
To speed a movie sequence, if you have a triple- or quad-speed CD-ROM with a slow PC, add -2 as a parameter on your command line. This forces the game to consider your CD-ROM drive as being double-speed only.
Run the game as "f2b -2" and your problems are solved. See also Fade to Black - cutscenes .
