Anyone have such a thing? And also the necassary files to run it. I'd hate to go through the trouble of setting up such thing in bochs as doing it with Virtual PC was laborious enough.

It's not DOS6, but you can download FreeDOS as an .ISO and then use "DAEMON Tools" to mount it like a real CD. It's self booting so you can config Bochs to boot off of the "virtual CD" and install FreeDOS.

I don't have a DOS6 image specifically because of the massive pain you described...
