I hit the DBZ-2k.exe to run the game, it prompts a DOS window which eventually sais...

Library (built in) message : Can`t change video mode

Error detected

Any idea what I could do to fix it?

Did you try DOSBox?

First, you should read the readme file that comes with it and type in INTRO at the Z:> prompt. I advise you reading the guides in the forum, too.
