This game doesn't appear listed at Mobygames. Is it a windows only game or a hybrid one (dos+win)?

andmy problem is that when i have installed it and made it so windows xp should run compitability win 98 and even 95 it almost enters the games but stops at black screen so i have to exit the dos window tried to find out if the start was slow or just a error that happened so it stood black screen for a hour or so.
it doesnt give any warning or anything
and well with dosbox
i cant change the directory
and i cant mount it with other words either
cant use it for some reason perhaps only me being stupid

i already said that, it wont work i followd the rules even the norwegian language file didnt help...

never mind i installed windows 95 with dual boot so i wouldnt need to emulate but thanks for trying to help
