Hello all!

I recently had the pleasure (!) of installing Star Trek: The Next Generation - A Final Unity for the first time, and I came up with a unique procedure. I labeled it Huggybaby's "How To Play the DOS Game "Star Trek: The Next Generation - A Final Unity", Under Windows XP, At Best Speed, Without the CD, With No Installation and No Setup Configuration in 7 (Moderately Easy) Steps". You can read it HERE.

It builds on every other (now obsolete) procedure I could find, uses all the latest software and works quite well on my 950MHz Windows XP machine. I would have posted my procedure here but I didn't know about starting a new thread while this one existed.

The only problem is I haven't really played the game enough for a full test. I've never had it crash or anything though, and the sound and video works fine.

Thanks for the great forum, which supports one of the coolest pieces of software ever! (By my admittedly simple calculation, DOSBox is easily more than SCUMM cubed!)
